Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 10 working days after receipt of payment.
Packages are dispatched via Colissimo for France and UPS for international deliveries, with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage.
We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order.
Cartons are the right size and your items are properly protected.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from receipt of your order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
