Shipping your package
Your orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after we receive your payment.
For pre-order items, production times range from 3 to 8 weeks—in this case, you will receive a personal email with all the necessary information, including the exact delivery date and tracking number, as soon as your package is shipped.
Packages are shipped viaUPS within France and DHL internationally, with a tracking number, and are delivered either by signature or to a pickup location.
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, postage, and customs fees. Local taxes are in addition to the total amount.
We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order.
Cartons are the right size and your items are properly protected.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days in France and 28 days abroad to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period runs from receipt of your order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To avoid any risk of breakage, all returned orders must be sent in their original packaging to the following address:
